EduTracker Account Deletion Request

EduTracker — a product by OMREX

Users of the EduTracker mobile app (by OMREX) can request permanent deletion of their account and all associated data from this page. No login is required to submit a deletion request.

How to Request Deletion

    Send an email to our support team

    support@omrex.org

    Include your registered email address and account details

    Provide the email address you used to register on EduTracker, along with your full name to help us identify your account.

    Request account deletion in the email body

    Clearly state that you want your EduTracker account and all associated data to be permanently deleted.

Send Deletion Request

All user data associated with your EduTracker account will be permanently deleted within 48 hours of your request. You will receive an email confirmation once deletion is complete.

Data That Will Be Deleted

  • Account information — Name, email address, and profile data
  • Academic data — Courses, grades, exam results, and submissions
  • Attendance records — All attendance history and session data
  • Course materials — Any content, files, or assignments linked to your account
  • All other personal data — Notifications, settings, and activity logs
Data Retention Notice

Upon deletion, all personal data is permanently and irreversibly removed from OMREX systems. A minimal, anonymized subset of data (e.g., transaction records) may be retained only where strictly required by applicable law or for security and fraud prevention purposes.
