8. Limitation of Liability
OMREX is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim
- We are not liable for service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control
- We are not liable for lost data if you fail to maintain backups
9. Service Availability

- We do not guarantee 100% uptime
- Maintenance may occur with notice

- You should maintain offline backups of important data
